Marketing consultation for early-stage founders

You have a product. You don’t have paying customers. Let’s find out why.

Something is blocking sales. It might be positioning, messaging, the wrong audience, a broken funnel, or a misaligned offer. Most founders can’t see it from the inside.

In one 60-minute call, I find the bottleneck. You leave with a diagnosis and a specific plan to fix it.

Price: 150€

WHO THIS IS FOR

You built something you believe in and you’re not getting traction.

You’ve tried posts, ads, outreach and nothing is working consistently.

You’re getting some interest but it’s not converting to sales.

You’re not sure if the problem is the product, the message, the audience, or the price.

HOW TO CONVERT VISITORS INTO CUSTOMERS?

The real blocker could be anywhere: wrong target audience, messaging that doesn’t land, positioning that’s too vague, a funnel that leaks at a specific step, a pricing model that signals the wrong thing, products that are mixed up or not clearly defined or sometimes, a combination of several things at once.

The fix depends entirely on your situation. Generic advice wouldn’t work here.

I find it and give you guidance on how to resolve it.

HOW DOES THE MARKETING CONSULTATION WORK?

  1. Reserve the consultation. At the moment of reservation, add your product website so I can take a look before the call.
  2. Get a solution on the call. On the call, we dig into the problem. I ask questions. We talk through the situation, you get insights.

By the end of the call, you have one of two things:

Option 1

A ready answer.

The problem is clear and the fix is specific. You know exactly what to change and how.

Option 2

An actionable investigation plan.

The root cause needs more data, but you know what the most likely bottleneck is and exactly what to do next.

3. Get a follow-up email with recaps and an action plan.

PROBLEM-SOLUTION EXAMPLES

Case Studies
SEO platform
There is no traction. People are visiting the website and leaving.
The website was offering two different products at the same time, confusing visitors. It has clear and strong positioning in a Hero section for an SEO platform and proceeded with a domain name marketplace offer. Visitors were confused.
Separate the two products, as they have completely different target audiences.
Eye-opening for the founder. He never thought from this angle because he was too deep inside. He asked for advice on Reddit and from AI but didn’t get any answer except for the “content” problem.
Enterprise WiFi
The promotional video wasn’t converting.
The video was built around end-users, employees frustrated by slow internet. Relatable, but irrelevant: employees don’t make purchasing decisions for enterprise infrastructure.
Reframe all promotional materials around the actual decision-makers: IT directors, COOs, operations leads. Lead with their real pain: time lost to connectivity issues costs money, slows teams down, and creates errors.
The reframed angle was used in the next investor conversation. The project got serious interest.
Marketplace app
Downloads were happening, but there was no revenue.
The app wasn’t a standalone product yet, it was a feature, not a solution. Users could try it, but there was nothing to buy, upgrade to, or return for.
Before thinking about marketing, define what you’re actually selling. Either complete the product into something with a clear paid tier, or explore alternative monetization like affiliate placement or integration partnerships.
The founder realized they had been optimizing the wrong thing. The focus shifted from downloads to product completion.
Legal AI
Over 1,000 active users. The problem: how to monetize it.
The product had clear real value in a specific niche. But it was sitting in an uncomfortable middle ground: users would use it for research, but for anything that mattered legally, they would go to an actual attorney. Charging users directly wasn’t going to work.
Monetize through advertising. With 1,000+ engaged users in a defined legal niche, the audience has value to law firms, legal tech companies, and professional services providers.
In about two weeks, the first sponsorship agreements were signed.
Learning portal
The founder wanted to add a fast reading course and wasn’t sure whether to build separately or integrate.
The target audience, the messaging, the channel, and the buyer mindset were all identical. Teachers who come for mental arithmetic are exactly the people who would add fast reading. Building separately would split the audience and dilute SEO authority.
Add it as a part of the existing offer under the same roof. Just add new price packages and a clear description.
The founder saved money and time on unnecessary website changes and strengthened the offer without overcomplicating it.

NEED MORE AFTER THE CONSULTATION?

Sometimes one call surfaces something that needs proper investigation: a full audit of your funnel, messaging, positioning, or channels. If that’s the case, I’ll tell you on the call.

And if you need help implementing what we find, I can do that too. For founders who want to move fast and fix it properly, I offer fractional PMM work: embedded, hands-on, and focused on results. We can talk about what that looks like if it’s relevant.

FAQ

Can you find a solution in just 60 minutes?

In many cases, yes, I see what you cannot see from inside and with my experience with other startups. If the problem is complex and I need more context, you will leave with a guided plan on where and how to look for a solution.

Is this only for early-stage startups?

No. The consultation works for any founder who has a product and is stuck on why marketing isn’t working, whether that’s pre-launch, post-launch, or somewhere in between.

What if my problem is something you can’t solve in one call?

Not every problem fits in one session. In that case, you still leave with an actionable investigation plan: the most likely bottleneck, how to check it, and what to do next. So either way you walk away with something concrete. And if you need help implementing what we find, I offer fractional PMM work: embedded, hands-on, and focused on results. We can talk about what that looks like if it’s relevant.
